- All prices include a Maximum of 2 Bathroom. For any extra BATHROOM, $25 will be added.
- All prices include the Main building and land up to 30 meters in the property perimeter. For any extra GRANNY FLAT, $180 will be added.
- For property outside of the Brisbane Greater Regional Area, $120 will be added.
- In triple Storey House/Townhouse, for the 3rd storey, $20 will be added.
